Baseline Lead Times
We analyze real production data from our partner factories to determine expected turnaround times for each product type. Construction complexity, materials, and branding steps all contribute to the baseline range. This baseline serves as the foundation for your project timeline.
How GSD Is Set
Your Guaranteed Ship Date (GSD) is set only after designs are approved and your initial payment is received. From there, we reserve capacity and align your order with material readiness. The GSD reflects an actual planned handoff-to-carrier date—not a guess.
Seasonal Shifts
Lead times shift throughout the year based on factory load, fabric-dye queues, and incoming order volume. Early-season orders often move faster, while peak months require more cushion. We monitor capacity weekly and update this page as timelines change.
Production Factors
Special materials, custom dyes, multi-panel construction, and detailed branding can extend timelines. QA requirements also influence total time-to-ship, especially for technical or high-detail items. We factor these elements in before assigning your GSD to keep your timeline protected.

Seasonal Buys
Order December–March for events running May–September, with in-hands as early as April. For late-summer events (Aug–Sept), we can sometimes work into April depending on product and shipping.
